As a Lab Manager, you will:

Minimum Qualifications:

Maintain the operation of RL Silicon E2E's silicon-proto labs.

The position requires IT skills and provides lab service to different engineering teams.

  • Maintain and provision the lab IT desktop, and server infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot network, desktop, server, and user issues
  • Fluent in Centos Linux operating systems, and bash/python scripting
  • Familiar with Windows OS.
  • Provide support engineering productivity in silicon validation and system prototyping
  • Plan and execute lab projects including lab expansion, rack-scale system installation, equipment planning/procurement/setup/inventory/maintenance/calibration/SW update/license & renewal, and lab network/security/IT interface, etc.
  • Drive lab space, safety, ESD, regulatory, and security processes compliance; work with software infrastructure teams to timely deploy standard lab environments
  • Identify key roles required for lab team success and recruit top lab staff (i.e. CWs)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $110- $120K Per Year.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
