Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and a hands-on leadership style to elevate individual and team performance. Experience in event sales or the online high-ticket space—specifically in coaching, consulting, or DFY/DWY programs—is highly preferred, particularly within B2B or business opportunity niches. The ideal candidate will have led a top-performing sales team and be comfortable making calls to lead by example. Familiarity with the Cardone brand and Cole Gordon's sales training (or equivalent) is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10+ sales reps, ranging from newcomers to high performers, focused on selling B2B coaching packages and event enrollments.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, 1:1s with team members, and perform call reviews.
  • Onboard and train new sales reps, ensuring they quickly become productive team members.
  • Actively participate in sales calls during the ramp-up period to learn and master the sales process.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds projections and KPIs.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates, aiding in lead generation and deal closing.
  • Drive performance through effective people management, including performance reviews, recognition, and rewards.


Compensation: $250k-$300k+/year ($50k-$70k/year base DOE + commissions + bonuses)


Requirements:

  • Proven success as a top-performing individual contributor in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams, with both new and experienced reps.
  • Familiarity with Grant Cardone's brand and related sales philosophies.
  • Strong background in sales training within the online high-ticket coaching and consulting space, including familiarity with training programs by Jeremy Miner, Cole Gordon, Andy Elliot, etc.
  • Willingness to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ, if not already based there—this is an onsite role.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings for training and event preparation.
  • Hands-on leadership style, comfortable making dials and closing deals alongside your team.
