Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) 

Our headquarters is located in Newport Beach, CA, with this position being based in Tampa, FL. This position will work closely with our Director of Business Development in Tampa, and is hybrid with 1-2 days in office. This position will require ~20 hours per week. 


About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-driven New Client Development Associate to join our growing digital marketing agency. The New Client Development Associate will play a critical role in developing new pipeline revenue growth by generating conversations with potential clients. This role will contribute directly to sales through prospecting activities. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding and fun culture, who embraces a challenge and the opportunity for personal and professional growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by initiating relationships with leading advertisers & DTC brands 
  • Utilize tech such as LinkedIn, outreach platforms, CRM and more to successfully communicate with new brands and generate meetings 
  • Collaborate with Director of Business Development to understand agency ICP and build a pipeline of qualified prospects and nurture leads
  • Research, identify and target new markets to expand agency business
  • Test, evaluate and update outreach messaging 
  • Learn & understand the affiliate marketing space 


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or current student 
  • Previous sales or digital media experience not required but preferred
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and focused mindset; willing to take risks and take on new challenges
  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize revenue-building activities
  • Driven by competition and success
