Our client, a large entertainment company with an office in Glendale & Burbank, is looking for an Editorial Lead to join their team for a 12 month contract Please note, this role will work onsite Monday through Thursday onsite (split between offices) and Friday remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead editorial strategy for campaigns.
  • Create and manage content that aligns with brand goals.
  • Develop creative concepts and maintain an editorial calendar.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and assist with social media and event coverage.
  • Oversee agency partners and ensure their work meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop creative aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Represent the brand internally as a digital expert.
  • Improve team operations and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Lead and develop team members.
  • Participate in workshops and manage resource needs.


Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years in social/digital marketing, preferably with a major brand.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and staying current with trends.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with Airtable, Sprinklr, Google Workspace, and basic photography/videography skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing, Film, and/or related field
