Location: Houston- Remote Role


Job Description:


As an Outside Sales Representative, you are responsible for selling vehicles to funeral homeowners and meeting dealership volume and customer satisfaction standards. You are responsible for growing through existing accounts and by opening net-new accounts. You are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets within your region.


Responsibilities:


  • 75% emphasis on net new business, prospecting new opportunities, managing relationships, scheduling calls, etc., and 25% emphasis on retention business.
  • Analyze market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales.
  • Conduct a walk-around with customers and demonstrate automobile features.
  • Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base = $55K - $65k base salary (depending on experience)
  • Variable Commission = approx. $70k
  • $1500 per car (48 cars)
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Projected Year 1 OTE = $100K - $120k
