An average week includes…

· Collaborating with the team on residential and commercial office projects from conception through to installation

· Create project orders and send to vendors

· Review and validate order acknowledgments and invoices; pay vendors

· Communicate with clients and liaise with vendors throughout the project

· Organize and maintain client and vendor files and office calendar

Special Opportunities...

· Assist with project installations as needed

· Monthly one-on-one time with manufacturers’ representatives for optimal relationship building

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create orders and submit them to vendors

· Ensure accuracy of order acknowledgements adn invoices; solve issues when needed

· Pay vendors and post payments in Studio Designer

· Maintain client and vendor files

· Administrative duties as needed

· Create forms/templates as needed to improve efficiency

· Run errands as needed (mileage is reimbursable)

· Schedule appointments with designers, clients, vendors as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Carrollton/Addison, TX area

Required education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Required experience: Strong purchasing experience or distribution experience, strong office management, min 2-3 years, preferably at a residential interior design firm or furnishing showroom

Salary is commensurate with experience, plus nice perks, and benefits package, including 401K.
