Lead Generation (Marketing)


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic lead development specialist to join our marketing team. The Lead Generation will identify and engage with new opportunities across all channels and branches. The ideal candidate has a strong motivation to reach lead generation goals and is comfortable communicating via all written and digital communication channels (i.e., email, phone, Teams).


Responsibilities

• Generate leads and brand awareness through a diverse set of marketing activities and campaigns, to build a pipeline of qualified leads

• Qualify new prospects and manage incoming leads (responding and tracking) through HubSpot CRM

• Conduct market research on potential customers to tailor our approach and delivery

• Maintain leads in HubSpot CRM, including tracking and reporting on activity


Software Skills

• Excellent MS skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• HubSpot or other CRM experience a plus


Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Demonstrated experience of corporate or professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with communicating via phone, email, and Teams video calls.
