Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Representative- Telesales at Trading Academy's location in Denver, CO. The primary responsibility of the Call Center Representative is to handle telesales calls, provide customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves using computer literacy skills to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with trading and investing education programs.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Computer Literacy skills
- Experience in telesales or call center environments is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and meet performance targets
- Knowledge or interest in financial markets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
