DAY TO DAY:
Our fast-growing private equity backed home improvement company is looking to hire a Sales Manager to come aboard their team. This Sales Manager will be based out of Windsor, CT and will oversee two sales teams for the company. We are seeking a sales manager to run team meetings several time a week, managing both teams: windows and roofs , assisting teams with calls, issuing leads to your team, doing monthly projections. you will also attend weekly leadership meetings and present on numbers to the exec team. you will work with your team on continuous training and doing "ride alongs" to train your reps. you will also focus on demonstrating proper sales techniques by showing in home presentations. The roofing team is 6 sales people and 5 sales professionals on the windows team. This role reports to the Branch Manager on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience within some aspect of home improvement sales
- Great communication
- People management + training experience
- CRM exposure
