Schedule: 40 hours per week, 7am - 7pm
Pay rate: $18/hr. (plus incentives)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound billing inquiries from customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing statements, payment plans, and account details.
  • Process payments and assist customers with any account-related issues.
  • Document all customer interactions in the appropriate web-based applications.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and timely responses.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Skilled in web-based applications, Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry with strong keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude for team collaboration and customer interaction.
