Bilingual Billing Call Center Representative

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 7am - 7pm
Pay rate: $18/hr. (plus incentives)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound billing inquiries from customers in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing statements, payment plans, and account details.
- Process payments and assist customers with any account-related issues.
- Document all customer interactions in the appropriate web-based applications.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and timely responses.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Skilled in web-based applications, Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry with strong keyboard skills.
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude for team collaboration and customer interaction.
