Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep cybersecurity expertise to drive significant growth. This role is for a proven leader who can consistently exceed $5M-$10M in annual sales by expertly navigating complex B2B cycles. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Please apply today Responsibilities: Drive the full sales cycle from proactive prospecting and lead generation to collaborating with the Client Delivery Team to scope custom solutions, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and successfully close complex deals. Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets ranging from $5M to $10M. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline valued at 3x to 5x annual quota through disciplined prospecting, strategic account planning, and focused pipeline hygiene. Establish and nurture trusted, strategic relationships with C-suite executives, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other key business leaders, positioning the firm as a premier strategic partner. Lead consultative discovery sessions to thoroughly understand client business challenges, translating needs into clear requirements and aligning solutions with measurable business outcomes. Collaborate closely with the Client Delivery Team to develop and present high-impact, tailored proposals, SOWs, and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate the value and ROI. Partner cross-functionally with internal Consulting, Delivery, and Marketing teams to develop cutting-edge go-to-market strategies and scalable client solutions. Ensure seamless client onboarding by coordinating efficient and effective handoffs to delivery teams, thereby maximizing client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Maintain meticulous sales activity and pipeline forecasts within CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and predictable business reporting. Maintain expert-level knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, regulatory compliance requirements, and industry frameworks to serve as a credible and influential advisor in client discussions. Act as a highly visible representative for the company at industry conferences, professional events, and networking functions to generate qualified leads and strategically enhance brand recognition. Qualifications/Background Profile: 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to selling cybersecurity consulting or professional services. Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets, specifically in the $5M-$10M range. Deep understanding of contemporary cybersecurity programs, risk management methodologies, and leading compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, SOC 2). Proven track record of originating and closing substantial consulting engagements, typically valued in the multi-six and seven-figure range. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to C-suite and senior leadership audiences. Extensive experience applying consultative and solution-based sales methodologies to drive customer value. Exhibits a high degree of self-motivation, accountability, and disciplined pipeline management.
