Job Summary:

As a Commission Yacht Broker at 26 North Yachts, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships within the luxury yacht market specializing in yacht between 60-150 feet. You will utilize your expertise in the industry, along with our innovative marketing strategies and comprehensive resources, to guide clients through the yacht buying or selling process.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek and cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, and various marketing channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to identify qualified leads and prioritize opportunities.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on yacht selection, valuation, negotiation, and closing procedures.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for both buyers and sellers.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, support, and ongoing communication.
  • Marketing and Branding: Leverage 26 North Yachts' marketing platforms and resources to effectively promote listings and attract new clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in yacht sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the luxury yacht market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Networking Abilities: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships within the industry.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Sales and Marketing Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies to effectively promote yacht listings.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, online marketing tools, and digital platforms for research and communication.
  • License: Florida Yacht Brokers License (or willingness to obtain one).
