HR Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our client's Human Resources department at our Del Mar office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about assisting with HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The HR Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing HR documents, and coordinating orientations. Additional responsibilities include scheduling interviews, posting job openings, updating HR tracking spreadsheets, and providing support with benefits administration. The role will also assist with processing new-hire paperwork, background checks, timekeeping updates, and employee files.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR team in daily operationsMaintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databasesAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new-hire paperwork and exit documentationSchedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and track applicant statusPrepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding packets, and policy updatesSupport benefits administration, including enrollment tracking and employee questionsProcess background checks, I-9 verification, timekeeping updates, and compliance documentationHelp coordinate employee training, orientations, and HR-related meetingsAssist with payroll changes, address updates, and internal HR formsMaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulationsProvide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing HR reportsQualifications13 years of HR or administrative support experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience a plusStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionPositive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindsetPosition Details:Onsite roleContract-to-hire roleCompensation $20.00-$27.00 per hour DOELocated in Del Mar, San DiegoFull-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PSTIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now we are conducting interviews immediately
