Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator


Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and work closely with our President and CEO to drive sales success and streamline processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about managing key sales and marketing functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the President, CEO, and VP of Sales to execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Support the sales team by managing and optimizing processes, including order-to-invoice procedures.
  • Project and Data Management: Oversee sales activities in our ERP system, track leads, and maintain accurate sales records. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Process Facilitation: Initiate and monitor Make-to-Order (MTO) procedures, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Handle inventory planning and procurement with senior management.
  • Lead and Tender Management: Search for and submit tenders, manage sales calls, and generate quotes. Follow up on sales requests and track their progress.
  • Customer and CRM Management: Provide exceptional customer support, maintain the CRM database, and manage price lists and quote configurators.
  • Event and Content Coordination: Organize and coordinate sales and marketing events. Create and manage marketing materials to support campaigns.
  • Training and Compliance: Train new sales employees on policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company standards. Support remote sales staff with scheduling and appointment setting.


Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Inventory Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure precise tracking and timely management of inventory.
  2. Tender Efficiency: Achieve accuracy and timeliness in tender submission and tracking.
  3. CRM Database Quality: Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy and functionality.
  4. Sales Reporting: Deliver complete, accurate, and relevant sales reports.
  5. MTO Procedure Management: Ensure urgent and accurate handling of MTO procedures, including quoting and order processing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and marketing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience with inventory management and event planning is a plus.
