Construction SuperintendentAs Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground lead for major tilt-wall projects across the DFW metroplex. You'll coordinate all site operations, manage subs, and keep projects moving on time, safely, and to spec.What You'll Do:Lead all on-site activities for industrial/commercial tilt-wall constructionSupervise subcontractors and field crews with a sharp focus on quality and productivitySchedule and coordinate trades, materials, and inspectionsEnsure jobsite safety compliance and enforce standardsMaintain daily reports and project documentationCommunicate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure alignmentTroubleshoot issues in real-time and proactively prevent delaysHold weekly site meetings to track progress and identify any roadblocksWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of Superintendent experience with tilt-wall constructionProven ability to manage jobs from groundbreaking through turnoverStrong understanding of construction plans, specs, and schedulesOSHA 30 certificationReliable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicatorComfortable with Procore or similar construction management softwareValid driver's license and dependable transportationWhat We'll Provide:Medical, dental and vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelines.Safeharbor 401K plan with quarterly company match.Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year.10 Paid Holidays per year.Company paid life insurance.Company bonus plan.About Us:Uprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
