Senior Project ManagerOur Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management, from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has significant experience in tilt-up construction as well as ground-up projects, particularly large-scale commercial builds. This person will be based out of our Irvine, CA office location.What You'll Do:Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationApply technical knowledge in tilt-up and ground-up construction methods, ensuring best practices and quality standardsDevelop and oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and minimizing cost overrunsLead a team of construction professionals, including site superintendents, subcontractors, and support staff, fostering a collaborative environmentServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring project objectives align with client expectationsEnforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies to ensure a safe work environmentQuickly identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution to maintain schedules and budgetsWhat You'll Bring:Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with proven experience in both tilt-up and ground-up projectsProject Scope: Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally within the range of $10M to $50M or moreEducation: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredTechnical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) and MS Office SuiteCertifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus; OSHA 30-hour certification preferredLeadership: Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, with a track record of fostering teamwork and collaborationWhat We'll Provide:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelines.Safeharbor 401K plan with quarterly company match.Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year.10 Paid Holidays per year.Company paid life insurance.Company bonus planIrvine pay range$150,000 - $180,000 USDAbout UsUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
