Project Manager As a Project Manager at Uprite Construction, you will lead all phases of both tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects. You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractorsensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What You'll Do: Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors, and field staff Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation Lead regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ensure on-site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes Provide clear communication and proactive problem-solving to meet client expectations What You'll Bring: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction Strong experience in both tenant improvements (TIs) and ground-up construction Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships Proficient with construction management tools (Procore preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required What We'll Provide: Medical, dental and vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelines.
