As an Associate Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the creative vision and execution for various digital projects. You will lead a team of designers and copywriters, ensuring that the work aligns with the strategic goals of the business while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.


Qualifications:

• Strong digital portfolio

• Telecomm experience a plus

• Experience with Aftereffects, 3D and video a plus

• 5-7 years minimum advertising agency or in-house agency digital experience

• Bachelor's degree in design, art direction, art, communications, marketing or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe the Creative Suite

• Experienced in working with supplied key art

• Knowledge of page layout in Figma

• Strong typography skills, composition skills and color sense

• Understanding of technical limitations and emerging technologies

• Flourishes in a lively, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

• Highly organized and be able to juggle multiple projects

• Precise attention to detail

• Strong verbal communication skills necessary to effectively communicate concepts and solutions

• Proven experience leading a team of copywriters and designers
