AP Coordinator

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Brentwood, TN for an AP Coordinator at LBMC W Squared. The AP Coordinator will report to the Senior AP Coordinator and will be responsible for providing professional skilled accounts payable processing while maintaining a focus on the success of W Squared and its clients.


Qualifications

Previous Accounting experience in AP/AR is preferred.


Location

Brentwood, TN - Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days remote


Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices for data entry while obtaining required approvals
  • Ensure accurate general ledger coding, correct payment amount, and timely payment submission
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Build & produce weekly check runs, wire transfers and/or ACH payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Audit and process credit card bills
  • Maintain records, including vendor files thoroughly and accurately
  • Other duties, as assigned
