Job Summary


We seek an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead our mechanical installation team on commercial building projects in Los Angeles, CA. This role requires a local candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing and executing HVAC installation projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and lead a team of HVAC installers and sheet metal workers on commercial projects.
  • Oversee the duct work installation, ensuring it meets all specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project timelines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to plan and execute installation tasks.
  • Monitor and report on job progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
  • Train and mentor junior installers, guiding best practices and techniques.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, with attention to detail in every aspect of the installation process.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical installation, focusing on ductwork.
  • Stable work history with a proven ability to lead and manage installation teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork fabrication, and installation methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Local to the Los Angeles, CA area, with the ability to work on various regional job sites.
