Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team at Saxon Global. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working with Electric utility GIS models and systems, including Smallworld and ESRI. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and process work in the National Grid Geographic Information System (Electric) and have a proven track record of working with diverse teams to gather information in support of job duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and process work in the National Grid Geographic Information System (Electric)
* Work with diverse teams to gather information in support of job duties
* Collaborate with other Asset Data and Analytics team members and Operations Support personnel

Requirements

* Demonstrated customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient with computer applications
* Highly motivated with ability to take an assignment and progress independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with utility asset information, particularly electric distribution
* Experience working with other systems, including work and document management
