Overview: The Thousand Oaks Barrel Co. is seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our social media and email marketing efforts, overseeing all facets of these critical channels. As the Social Media and Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, developing and managing influencer relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Create compelling content calendars aligned with brand objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Foster community engagement through timely responses, interactions, and user-generated content initiatives.


Email Marketing:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute email campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Segment and target audiences effectively to deliver personalized messaging and offers.
  • Monitor email performance metrics, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness.


Influencer Management:

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand values.
  • Track influencer partnerships and measure ROI to optimize future collaborations and investments.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Generate creative and engaging multimedia content, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target demographics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and elevate content quality and relevance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
