HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team


Job Description:

  • Market available units, show properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease agreements
  • Address tenant concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure timely rent collection and handle rent-related disputes
  • Coordinate and manage repairs for plumbing, electrical, structural, and other maintenance issues
  • Monitor expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and administrative costs, to maintain profitability
  • Advertise and market vacant properties through online platforms, signage, and other marketing tools
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and tenant correspondence
  • Oversee large-scale projects, such as property renovations, upgrades, or expansions
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:

  • CAM Certification (Preferred)
  • Experience with Resmen & Elise CRM preferred or Yardi
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
