Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role IN PERSON for an Associate Personal Injury Lawyer located in Birmingham, MI. The Associate Personal Injury Lawyer will be responsible for handling personal injury cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing legal advice and counsel to clients. They will work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients. Trial experience first or second chair would be helpful.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Experience in personal injury law
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with the firms clients effectively
