As an Independent Sales Rep, you'll team up with our National Sales Managers to drive business growth and create some serious waves in the industry. Your mission? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, expand our customer base, and crush those sales goals. Your passion for our products and standout sales skills will be key to stitching together our continued success. Our Resort lines- including EMI | TGT, Blue 84, and Yesterdays-each offer unique opportunities for you to represent
This isn't your average sales gig. You'll be selling t-shirts, sure, but also hats, stickers, socks, and more We're in the memory-making business, and with our diverse brands, there's always something new and exciting to dive into. TERRITORY: Texas. The ideal candidate would live in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin or along the coast line, preferably near Corpus Christi. Seriously, if you live anywhere in Texas & this opportunity speaks to you, let's talk.
Schedule: This is all up to you. Travel to accounts, sell the goods, then take time for YOU Sell more tees, make more money & do it on YOUR time.
DAILY REP LIFE | WOW Our Customers + Sell All the Tees + Build Relationships + Prospect
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including: retailers, resorts, hotels, bars, boutiques, gift shops, and other businesses focused on providing custom merch for their retail customers
- Promote and provide in-depth knowledge of our resort apparel products, highlighting their quality, uniqueness, the overall brand & how it stand out from the rest in the biz
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand your customer base
- Collaborate with our internal teams, to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects
- Keep customers informed about new product launches, promotions and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service (have we mentioned our value of WOW Our Customers?) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth
QUALIFICATIONS | People Person + Impeccable Smile + Sales Drive + Goal-Focused
- Proven experience in apparel sales, preferably as an Independent Sales Rep, is a huge plus
- Knowledge of resort apparel market trends and customer preferences preferred
- Prospecting is your greatest strength (you love the hunt) and you are proactive in seeking new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently to achieve sales targets
- Effective closing skills with the ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need (again, WOW Our Customers...)
- Adaptable to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Willingness to travel | Boots on the ground makes for more tees on the shelves (follow-up is part of your daily task list)
- Proactive in making sure customers have product at the ready and are satisfied with our service levels
- Proud to show your sales and scouting activities as indicators of progress, impact and success
- Must have an ability to recognize our culture, contribute to it, and be a part of it
- Go with the flow mentality; able to switch tasks at the tug of a t-shirt (remain NIMBLE & open-minded)
