Job Overview

Lakeshirts is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, expanding our customer base, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including retailers, resorts, hotels, and other businesses
  • Promote and provide in-depth knowledge of our resort apparel products, highlighting their quality and uniqueness
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in apparel sales, preferably as an Independent Sales Rep
  • Knowledge of resort apparel market trends and customer preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently to achieve sales targets
  • Effective closing skills with the ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel and be on the ground to meet with customers
