They are now looking for a highly skilled HPC Storage Engineer to spearhead the development of their team.


This is a full-time role, based out of their Manhattan office on a 3 days in the office schedule. They are offering an extremely competitive compensation structure for this role to find the right candidate.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage HPC systems to support low-latency trading infrastructure
  • Develop and propose Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to enhance scalability and manageability of their storage infrastructure
  • Optimize and maintain storage solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement and manage GPU-based solutions to accelerate computational workloads, balancing on-premises and cloud resources.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in an HPC environment handling servers, storage, and GPU computing
  • Expert level skills in Python for various scripting and automation requirements
  • Strong knowledge of parallel filesystems, batch systems, and HPC Networks
  • VAST and Weka storage solution knowledge
  • Deep knowledge in Linux System Administration
  • Background in containerization and orchestration tooling methods
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and IaC practices
