CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesOrganizes, attends and participates in project team meetings including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking issue identification and resolution.Develops project reporting and indicates red flags for scope and budget issues.Assists with the setup of capital and expense budgets including coordination of CIP accounts.Manages the purchase order requisition protocols for Project Delivery.Assists with ongoing budget management.Manages project status within the project management information system.Enters purchase order requests and invoices into the project management information system.Reconciles accounting data in the project management information system.Reviews and adjusts issues in the project management information system.Maintains all project documentation and project reporting.Ensures coordination with appropriate project team members and facility staff.Job RequirementsAssociates Degree1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, healthcare facilities management, and/or project managementKnowledge of project scheduling, project construction budgeting and project reporting.Communicates effectively with a variety of internal and external constituencies and all organizational levels, using proficient written, verbal and presentation skills.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.CommonSpirit Health offers a generous benefit package, including but not limited to medical, prescription drug, dental, vision plans, life insurance, paid time off (full-time benefit eligible team members may receive a minimum of 14 paid time off days, including holidays annually), tuition reimbursement, retirement plan benefit(s) including, but not limited to, 401(k), 403(b), and other defined benefits offerings, as may be amended from time to time.
