Job Summary
The FI Team is seeking a Showing Assistant for an hourly position focused on showcasing properties alongside our experienced agents. Located in the Denver Metro area, this role provides a valuable chance to enhance your real estate knowledge by working closely with top industry professionals in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and conducting property showings while delivering personalized service that enhances the client's experience. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
- Maintain communication with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on showings
- Assist the real estate agents with open houses and client meetings as needed
- Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team
- Manage and update showing schedules and client feedback in the company's CRM system
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions
- Licensed real estate agent -- Required
- Proven experience in real estate showing or related customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in using real estate software and mobile applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
