Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Attendance Clerk. The Attendance Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, managing time off requests, and producing attendance reports. The role involves using clerical skills to ensure timely and accurate tracking of employee attendance, communicating with employees regarding attendance policies, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. The Attendance Clerk will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and efficient typing abilities to carry out daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Clerical Skills and Typing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and employees
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining attendance records
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in HR or payroll administration is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
