**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a proactive Attendance Clerk for a remote contractual position. This role revolves around maintaining precise attendance records, overseeing time-off requisitions, and generating detailed attendance summaries. The responsibilities encompass leveraging adept clerical competencies to ensure prompt and accurate monitoring of employee attendance, engaging in dialogues with staff on attendance protocols, and delivering exceptional customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records
  • Oversee time-off requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Generate detailed attendance summaries and reports
  • Engage in dialogues with staff on attendance protocols and provide guidance as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and other communication channels

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Proficiency in clerical procedures and typing
  • Advanced written and verbal communication aptitude
  • Proficient phone demeanor and adept customer service aptitude
  • Interpersonal skills for fostering collaborative interactions with colleagues and staff
  • Demonstrated precision and attention to detail in attendance record maintenance
  • Capability to work autonomously and in a remote capacity
  • Prior experience in HR or payroll administration is advantageous
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification
