Excellent HSEQ standards, holding SMSTS or SSSTS certification. Strong people skills, effective team communication, and the ability to manage changes and supply chain relationships are essential. If you have highly developed organisational skills to manage plant and labour efficiently, understanding productivity requirements, and delivering projects to programme while managing costs. An NVQ or equivalent for CSCS, a CSCS card, Temporary Work Supervisor Training, and Confined Spaces certification are required. A full UK driving licence is also needed.
