This role is not a sit back and wait for the phone to ring role. Your Goal? Support the organizations growth goals with your expertise at finding ways to get the right information to our membership that encourages engagement with our product offering opportunities. This includes:


Designing and drafting product specific promotional materials and launching plans to drive interest / increase market share

  • Mapping the customer journey to create highly impactful campaigns, using and testing effective communication strategies to engage the customer
  • Acting as a project manager between marketing, membership and strategic sourcing, managing expectations for marketing collateral and initiatives

Supporting the sales plan and promotion of events, conferences, trade shows and user meetings

Conducting research to identify potential and existing customers and markets for company products

Preparing data driven reports that support driving revenue and measuring campaign impact

Holding to the brand standard to ensure maximum opportunity and visibility

Developing and executing campaigns that support organizational goals and objectives

Education/Qualifications

2 – 5 years of direct marketing experience in a business to business environment

Strong understanding of marketing programs and measurement tools (Google Analytics)

Success at tactically putting together marketing campaigns and outreach and analyzing the success of that campaign

Experience with writing promotional materials (web copy, newsletters, etc)

Exceptional proof reading skills

Can think critically and solve problems independently

Thinks creatively while paying strict attention to details

Strong math skills and the ability to analyze information

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing desired

Physical Working Environment:

Hybrid Work Environment: Monday – Wednesday on site; Thursday, Friday remote

Position is primarily sedentary with extensive computer work

Regional travel is required to support company sponsored events
