Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer escalations to the proper person or department for resolution.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Confirmation of customer order.
- Provide pricing and availability of products to customers.
- Pricing and building of unique customer requirements.
- Customer order maintenance and follow-up.
- Obtain frequently required information from customers in regard to forecasting, competition, and product surveys.
- Build relationships with all customers, specifically the decision-makers and Outside Sales Reps.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Prospect call preparation, including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 1 - 3 years of inside sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience supporting a manufacturing operation piping system knowledge is preferred.
