Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support, including managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Assist in creating presentations and organizing team agendas for global meetings.

- Handle time entry for teams and coordinate events.
- Communicate professionally with teams, executives, and global clients.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to type 70-80 WPM and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in project management, HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Work Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, based in Draper, UT.
- Overtime may be required during peak periods, with full compensation.
