Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SOPs for troubleshooting desktop technologies, applications, and warehouse systems. Service and maintain audio-visual equipment as needed. Be the Enterprise Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PC/iPad procurement, distribution, recovery, and disposal. Manage and monitor assets in the CMDB, ensuring end-of-life compliance and participating in yearly CAPEX and IT budget planning. Use ServiceNow ITSM to handle incidents and requests, ensuring timely acknowledgment, documentation, and resolution. Mentor and train TSA team members, ensuring adherence to service management policies. Provide 24/7 first-line support for Warehouse Automation technologies, including physical repairs. Lead enterprise IT initiatives and maintain market center security. Act as the primary escalation point for vendor and operations team communications during system outages. Travel locally and nationally, less than 5%.


What We’re Looking For:


Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Data Systems Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Experience: 3-7 years in information security, IT, and IT Service Management.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in network troubleshooting, design topology, TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing. Experience in vulnerability assessment, operating systems, and incident response methodology.

Certifications: Technical certifications like A+, Security+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft MCP/MCSE are a plus.

What You’ll Bring: Strong network troubleshooting and design knowledge.

Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessments, operating systems, and incident response. Familiarity with ITIL foundational structures.
