Shift:

Rotating Schedule every other week:

Week 1 - Sunday – Tuesday - 7:30 am to 7:30 pm

Week 2 - Sunday – Wednesday - 7:30 am to 7:30 pm


$20-30/hr W2 - paid weekly benefits available if needed


Must have at least 6 months working in a Data Center setting


Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities):

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level support to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of customer incidents
  • Develops, enhances and maintains documentation for use in problem analysis and resolution (Includes RCAs and follow-up)
  • Register customers into the site Security Access Control System. Can also sign-in vendors and visitors to provide access and escort to the facility and data hall
  • Perform Remote Hands services for customers including hardware installation, power strips, rails, cable management and customer equipment troubleshooting/reboots
