The Props product team is continually pushing the envelope to drive superlative results for our clients. We have developed first of their kind tools that enhance traditional digital marketing data with AI generated meta data allowing our media buyers to make smarter and faster decisions. Props video:
Responsibilities:
- Launching New Features: Coordinate with the development team to plan, develop, and execute the launch of new software features. Present these features to clients and internal teams through demos and detailed discussions to gather feedback and drive adoption.
- Testing & QA (Manual): Conduct manual tests to ensure our software meet our acceptance criteria. Document test cases, manage testing schedules, and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
- Bug Fixing: Actively monitor, identify, and resolve software bugs. Work closely with the development team to diagnose issues and implement fixes efficiently.
- Educational Sessions: Develop and maintain a robust knowledge base to support our users. Conduct live sessions, create Loom videos, and lead training sessions to educate both clients and internal team members on new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Bubble.io, demonstrating a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Proven experience in software development.
- Experience with bug tracking tools and software like Asana.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and improving user experience.
- The team is in the office Tuesdays - Thursdays.
