Location: Houston, TX Metropolitan Area

Relocation: Available for the right candidate (if required)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Company: Top employer, large global corporation

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week


In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other HR Technology solutions, including standard configuration, routine system administration, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Become familiar with other HR technology applications to develop holistic technology solutions for business problems.
  • Maintain and develop standard/ad-hoc reports.
  • Implement system Change Requests following change management and delivery processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure the resolution of issues.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and validation.
  • Train internal clients on new processes/functionality and support the development of end-user documentation.
  • Develop clear and concise requirement documents to respond to business demands.
  • Actively participate in Workday Community to identify potential issues and new solutions to existing issues.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Workday HCM is required.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing various HR technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards in work deliverables.
  • Ability to audit own work for accuracy and completeness.
