Cornerstone is based in downtown Minneapolis, and we have been helping television stations, cable systems, satellite providers, and networks increase their direct response advertising revenues for the past 29 years.


Account Executive:

This sales position is responsible for managing and growing advertising revenue for an assigned account list and for prospecting new media accounts. This role’s success requires efficient communication, the ability to influence decision makers, and the desire to generate results. The position offers a base salary with bonus opportunities as achieved based on individual, team, and company goals.

We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, has strong communication skills, solid analytical skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced technologically sophisticated sales environment.


Requirements to be considered for this position include:

  • 1-2 years of successful inside sales or account management with prospecting experience (media, television, radio, or internet sales preferred, but not required)
  • Strong phone skills, solid communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills, word, excel, etc.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, solid organization skills, and good time management skills
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields desired but not required, or equivalent related work experience
