The person who takes on this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution and outstanding participant experiences in our Percepta and Achieva programs and client engagements.


The successful candidate must driven by the Pathbuilders' Purpose to Ensure Ready & Capable Women are at every table where decisions are made.


Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Application through Interview Scheduling
  • Enabling the Mentee / Mentor Matching Process
  • Preparing for Program Kick-Offs, Monthly Workshops and Graduation including drafting all communications
  • Ensuring a high level of participant satisfaction

Program Delivery

  • Venue selection and management of all services
  • Logistics support for on-line workshops (managed on Zoom)
