- Conduct detailed financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret financial data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as accounting and business development to gather relevant financial information and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the organization's financial health and make proactive recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 7+ years experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and financial modeling.
- Experience working with a company or business unit with over $300M in revenue
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Excel.
PREFERRED
- CPA or MBA
