Qualifications/Experience: BS/BA (or a 3 year foreign degree, or degree with experience as evaluated by a Service, or the equivalent of degree as acceptable pursuant to the regulations for the H-1B) in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Math, Engineering or Technology and 2 years relevant experience. Relevant experience includes but is not limited to Programmer/Systems Analysts, Software Engineers or DBA or related software/systems development and programming experience.
