Sr. Programmer Analyst II

Job Description Lead design and implementation of client/server software solutions for complex problems and apply best practices of software standards. Analyze the computer and information needs of the clients from an operational and strategic perspective and determine the long-term needs and upgrades. Translate design requirements and specifications into successful implementations. Develop and test application packages. Develop and maintain client/server computer systems including databases. Gather user requirements, write specifications, and design documents. Engage in systems integration and troubleshooting. Lead programmers and QA analysts. Develop testing strategies, methodologies, and write and execute automated test plans. Provide training and support in the installation and utilization. Analyze and design the systems for the challenging software issues. Offer solutions for various software and hardware problems. Work with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, C#/Dot Net, Asp.Net, PHP, Python, SQL, XML, Oracle Database, SQL Server/Database Technologies. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to interact with clients and train end users for various short and long term assignments. Job Requirement Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business or related plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
