Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Temporary E-commerce Specialist, you will:
1. Manage, optimize, and maintain our e-commerce platforms, primarily focusing on NetSuite and Shopify.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience, increase site traffic, and boost sales.
3. Analyze e-commerce trends, data, and metrics to create reports and provide actionable insights.
4. Oversee the development and management of online product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
5. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
6. Handle any technical issues that arise on the e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting and resolving them in a timely manner.
7. Develop and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
8. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with NetSuite and Shopify.
2. Proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision making.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
