Could you be a good fit? We are looking for the best, highly skilled Marketing Manager to join the team of our exceptional client located in New York City for a full-time opportunity. This client is a global leader in their field. This role requires hybrid onsite with ideally 2-3 days a week in office.


What will your day look like? As a Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop Crypto Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of marketing strategies tailored to the crypto industry, leveraging insights into market trends, user behaviors, and competitor activities to drive organic growth and community engagement.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Generate daily content across various social channels including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram, focusing on educating, engaging, and inspiring the community to embrace our exchange and crypto products.
  • Adapting to Emerging Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms, adapting content strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and maintain relevance in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Community Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and consistent execution of community engagement strategies.
  • Community Management: Proactively engage with the community by initiating and leading discussions, events, and initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful connections and relationships among members. Monitor and manage social media comments, messages, and feedback to gather insights and enhance community satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Utilize internal and external social analytics and other data sources to iterate creatively and continuously improve future marketing campaigns, content strategies, and community-building efforts.
  • Content Creation and Editing: Write and edit a variety of content targeting diverse audiences, including blog posts, FAQs, product guides, and more. Simplify complex technical concepts related to crypto and decentralized technology for non-technical audiences through clear and engaging communication.
  • Collaboration and Prioritization: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution and delivery


You will be a good fit as a Marketing Manager if you have:

  • Crypto Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of its dynamics, trends, and user behaviors.
  • Social Media Management: 2+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of success in strategic content planning, audience engagement, and leveraging various platforms to amplify community-building efforts, including but not limited to experience with X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram.
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts related to crypto and decentralized technology for non-technical audiences through clear and effective communication.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build initiatives from scratch, iterate quickly, and pivot as needed in response to changing market conditions.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional teams.
