As a Business Account Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in a comprehensive training program that blends classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned industry experts. You will gain a deep understanding of business operations, sales strategies, team leadership, and project management. Through a structured curriculum, you’ll develop the skills necessary to excel in business management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, effectively addressing objections and concerns to facilitate sales closure.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with the sales support team, ensuring effective communication and coordination with sales representatives.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall sales support operations.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion.
  • Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to build rapport with customers, actively listen, and establish trust, which is essential in sales.
  • Basic organizational skills are required for this role.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to positively influence customer decisions while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales.
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity in developing solutions to customer objections and tailoring product recommendations to fit their specific needs.
