We are looking to hire a Sr. Gen AI Lead / Architect with RAG Architecture for Pittsburgh, PA / Dallas, TX


Job Description:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions using GenAI technology.
  • Architecting and implementing RAG architecture to ensure real-time processing, agility, and governance of AI systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality AI products.
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers in the implementation of GenAI solutions and RAG architecture.
  • Ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of AI systems within the RAG framework.
  • Staying updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Participating in the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI platforms and frameworks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing AI solutions and architecture, preferably using GenAI technology.
  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture principles and their application in AI systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI development.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of real-time data processing technologies and agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance requirements for AI systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
