Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your design skills while contributing to our company's success in the competitive commercial real estate market.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and digital assets.
  • Create visually appealing property marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and tenant-related maps.
  • Develop compelling graphics and visuals for online and offline marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and website content.
  • Collaborate closely with the brokerage team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure adherence to company branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years minimally) working as a graphic designer in a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and creative flair.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with photography, videography, or motion graphics is a plus.
