Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Corporate Communications' Digital and Design team with a strong background in creating static graphics and culture-driving campaigns, with a particular focus on digital media, social and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess skills in animation and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing and cohesive graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Create print assets including banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Produce animations and motion graphics for use in video content, social media campaigns, and other multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with Digital and Design team members as well as Purpose and Investor Relations Communications teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with overall brand and campaign goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and animation.
- Create on-brand templates, as well as implement and create guidelines for internal and social communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in static graphics, digital campaigns, and animation.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Experience with Canva and Google Slides is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation techniques, with the ability to produce animated content.
- Curiosity about how design drives impactful communications to key audiences and a desire to iterate based on data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and innovation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an agency, health / wellness, or Client corporate environment.
Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
Project management experience.
Copywriting experience is a plus
